At Passage Fine Art, we know that vintage artwork, framed glass, and fine paper require extraordinary care during transit. We take pride in packaging every single piece securely to ensure it arrives safely at your door.

Processing & Handling Time

  • Shipment Timing: Orders are processed and shipped within 24 to 48 hours after full payment is received.

  • Exclusions: Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends (Saturday & Sunday) or standard U.S. federal holidays. Orders placed over the weekend will ship on the following business day.

Shipping Methods & Rates

  • Carriers: We primarily ship via USPS Ground Advantage / Priority Mail or FedEx Ground to ensure the most safe and cost-effective shipping for delicate visual art.

  • Calculated Rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on package weight, dimensions, and your delivery destination.

  • Tracking: Once your order has shipped, you will automatically receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. Please allow 24 hours for tracking updates to register with the carrier.

Packaging Standards for Delicate Artwork

Because our catalog consists of vintage, original, and antique pieces:

  • Framed & Glass Items: All framed art and pieces with glass are cushioned, corner-protected, and wrapped in heavy-duty protective material to shield against impact during transit.

  • Unframed Prints & Photography: Flat photographic prints and paper art are packed flat with rigid backing boards or securely rolled in heavy-wall archival mailer tubes.

Address Changes & Order Edits

Please double-check your shipping address before finalizing your purchase. Because we process orders quickly, we can only update shipping addresses if notified before your shipping label is generated.

Shipping Delays & Carrier Issues

While we guarantee handling within 24–48 business hours, transit times are managed directly by the shipping carriers. Passage LLC is not responsible for unexpected carrier delays caused by severe weather or postal disruptions.
